Uma atenta leitura das duas peças de investigação judicial eleitoral em curso no TSE - Tribunal Superior Eleitoral contra o presidente eleito Jair Bolsonaro e seu Hamilton Mourão – se detecta as razões do forjado Inquérito nº 4.781 do STF - Supremo Tribunal Federal – Inquérito destinado a reforçar/arranjar ou forçar a cassação dos mandatos de Bolsonaro e Mourão.
CONFIRA ESTA SUJEIRA JURÍDICA
Na Ação de Investigação Judicial Eleitoral Nº 0601779-05.2018.6.00.0000, no TSE, o então Ministro JORGE MUSSI, Corregedor-Geral da Justiça Eleitoral, não aceitou parar o processo para encaixar forjadas provas, registrou o Ministro nos autos:
“Demais disso, neste feito já consta relatório conclusivo datado de 25.9.2019 (ID 16864788) e parecer do ilustre representante do Ministério Público Eleitoral (ID 16909538), juntado em 30.9.2019, encontrando-se os autos conclusos, desde então, para confecção do voto e inclusão em pauta de julgamento pelo Plenário”.
Quando o Ministro JORGE MUSSI saiu do processo, o esquema entrou em ação. Veja que desde 30.9.2019 o processo que responde Bolsonaro e Mourão estava pronto para confecção do voto e inclusão em pauta de julgamento pelo Plenário do TSE.
Na Ação de Investigação Judicial Eleitoral Nº 0601771-28.2018.6.00.0000, conexa à primeira, o novo Corregedor-Geral da Justiça Eleitoral, Ministro Og Fernandes tentou resistir ao esquema – despachou dizendo que entendia incabível suspender o processo no TSE até a conclusão do Inquérito nº 4.781 do STF.
Mas depois, o Ministro Og Fernandes cedeu à pressão e despachou:
“DEFIRO o pedido para consultar o Ministro Alexandre de Moraes sobre o compartilhamento dos frutos das diligências determinadas por sua Excelência, no âmbito do Inquérito nº 4.781/DF, em trâmite no Supremo Tribunal Federal”.
Assim, Alexandre de Moraes assumiu o controle dos processos contra Bolsonaro e Mourão por meio de apenas um Ofício.
O esquema consiste em utilizar as provas do forjado inquérito do STF para operacionalizar a cassação de Jair Bolsonaro e Mourão. Prova que as investigações do TSE inocentam Bolsonaro e Mourão.
O plano B foi montar a desesperada operação de invadir lares de apoiadores de Bolsonaro na tentativa de acharem alguma prova que ajude na cassação de seu mandato – fuçaram nos celulares, nos notebooks, nas gavetas, debaixo de camas, nos quintais, nos telhados e nas redes socias dos apoiadores de Bolsonaro e não encontram nada pertinente aos processos no TSE.
Para disfarçar os membros do STF estão fazendo essa grande dissimulação de fake News contra ministros do Supremo – enquanto na verdade os alvos são Bolsonaro e Mourão.
Relembrando, no TSE, os processos já estavam pautados para julgamento – foram tirados de pauta para encaixarem o esquema do forjado inquérito do STF capitaneado por Alexandre de Moraes e Toffoli.
Os advogados de Bolsonaro e Mourão já enxergaram esse esquema ou estão preservando as amizades supremas?

In the Electoral Judicial Investigation Action No. 0601779-05.2018.6.00.0000, in the TSE, the then Minister JORGE MUSSI, General Inspector of Electoral Justice, did not accept to stop the process to fit forged evidence, the Minister recorded in the file:
“Furthermore, this fact already contains a conclusive report dated 9.25.2019 (ID 16864788) and opinion of the illustrious representative of the Public Electoral Prosecutor's Office (ID 16909538), joined on 9.30.2019, and the records have since been concluded for making of the vote and inclusion in the Plenary's judgment agenda ”.
When Minister JORGE MUSSI left the process, the scheme went into action. See that since September 30, 2019 the process that Bolsonaro and Mourão responds to was ready for the vote to be made and included in the trial agenda by the TSE Plenary.
In the Electoral Judicial Investigation Action No. 0601771-28.2018.6.00.0000, connected to the first, the new Corregedor-Geral da Justiça Eleitoral, Minister Og Fernandes tried to resist the scheme - he dispatched saying that he thought it impossible to suspend the process in the TSE until the conclusion of the STF No. 4,781 survey.
But then, Minister Og Fernandes gave in to the pressure and dispatched:
"I DEFY the request to consult Minister Alexandre de Moraes on the sharing of the fruits of the diligences determined by His Excellency, in the scope of Inquiry No. 4,781 / DF, pending before the Supreme Federal Court".
Thus, Alexandre de Moraes took control of the lawsuits against Bolsonaro by means of just a letter.
The scheme consists of using the evidence from the forged STF investigation to operationalize the impeachment of Jair Bolsonaro and Mourão. It proves that TSE investigations exonerate Bolsonaro and Mourão.
Plan B was to mount the desperate operation to invade the homes of Bolsonaro supporters in an attempt to find some evidence that will help in the termination of his term - they went through cell phones, notebooks, drawers, under beds, in backyards, on roofs and in social networks of Bolsonaro's supporters and find nothing pertinent to the TSE processes.
In order to disguise the members of the Supreme Court, they are doing this great fake News dissimulation against Supreme Court ministers - while in reality the targets are Bolsonaro and Mourão.
Recalling, in the TSE, the processes were already ruled for judgment - they were removed from the agenda to fit the scheme of the forged STF investigation led by Alexandre de Moraes and Toffoli.
Have Bolsonaro and Mourão's lawyers already seen this scheme or are they preserving supreme friendships?
